February 2008 - Northern Suburbs, Brisbane: Our clients property had been listed for 8 weeks as a sole agency with no inspections. The property belonged to an elderley couple who obviously didnt need the stress! IPN took over the sale and had the property sold within 7 working days with a contract of $365,000; $35,000 more than the local agents were prepared to list it for!

April 2008 - Northern Suburbs, Brisbane: Achieved a sale price of $645,000 which was over $100,000 above appraisals carried out by two local Real Estate Agents.

May 2008 - Inner North, Brisbane: Negotiated a final sale price similar to the highest valuation of all the Real Estate Agents who submitted an appraisal in a falling property market. At this time there was also a number of interest rates rises in a very short period! A similar property in the same complex in a better position sold at the same time for approximately $35,000 less than what we achived through our unique process!

June 2008 - Caboolture area, Qld: Achieved a sale price of $310,000, where all the local Real Estate Agent appraisals were between $270 000 and $300,000. This was achieved very quickly; within a fortnight of starting the process. The owner was very happy with the outcome as she got a higher price than expected within a short period of time.  

July 2008 - Northern Suburbs, Brisbane: Negotiated with Vendors financial lender to avoid repossession of property as they had issued a supreme court writ. Due to the discussions and the market information provided, they held off for a further 90 days until the property went under contract. Financial counselling was conducted with the vendors and an arrangement was negotiated with the financial insitution with a minimum monthly payment being made, which did not increase the arrears.  IPN achieved a sale price that satisfied the requirements of both the lender and vendor. In addition, we came to a reduced settlement (saving of $5000) with another outstanding creditor. This saved the vendor further costs, as well as sorting out a problem that was looking at further legal action or bankruptcy.  

August 2008 - Caboolture area, Qld: Successfully negotiated the sale of acreage property to a preferred developer at a price 25% above initial attempts from other developers. 

September 2008 - Northern Suburbs, Brisbane: Acheived a sale price 15% higher than the sale price other agents in the area were prepared to list for! After negotiating the property with a reputable local agent, the property was listed for $500,000 and sold for $492,000 within a matter of days. The original appraisals given to the vendor were between $420,000 and $450,000!
