IPN's standard service assures you that you will pay no more when you agree to have IPN sell your property than if you were dealing with the real estate agent and buyers yourself!

This is because IPN is paid a fee by the Real Estate Agent for providing the property for them to sell, resulting in IPN's services costing the seller no more than they would pay in any normal situation!

In the situation where you are having problems with your mortgage payments and the lender, we also handle the communication and negotiations with your lender, to ensure that your property doesn't ever suffer the stigma of "Mortgagee in Possession" during the sale process.

No one but IPN will ever know your true circumstances or reasons for selling. To the Real Estate Agent we appoint, your property is simply another house to be sold. The Agent or buyers will never know the reasons for your sale.

IPN uses its position as a repeat seller (and therefore a provider of a considerable number of properties for sale to Real Estate Agents) to ensure that your property is given the best chance of achieving the price required.
